1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using RecruitScrape, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

RecruitScrape provides a browser extension and web application for recruiters to evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements and generate client-ready submission portals.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the RecruitScrape service or help anyone else do so. Specifically, you must not:

• Attempt to bypass our rate limits or global free-tier spend caps.
• Use the service for bulk, automated scraping. Our extension is designed for manual, single-page use.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

4. Payments and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Credits purchased as top-ups do not expire as long as your account remains open. All payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, particularly in cases of abuse, violation of these terms, or non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

RecruitScrape is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or any other damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of any significant changes via the email address associated with your account.
